If you book an appointment that is more than ONE hour long, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will go towards your service the day of your scheduled appointment. Any deposit will be returned if you cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to cancel/reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
We understand that life happens, so please do your best to give us at least a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. When appointments are canceled without notice, our waitlist clients miss the opportunity to receive a service.
If you do not call to cancel/reschedule, and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment more than TWO times, you will be required to leave a deposit for future appointments - our booking system keeps track of no-shows.
If you are running late to your appointment, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is subject to cancellation or you may forfeit part of your service (i.e. a finish/blowout).
Consultations are required prior to booking a Color Correction appointment. Consultations give you the opportunity to get to know your stylist and to give your stylist the chance to analyze your hair, learn about your lifestyle, beauty routines, determine what is required, and how long it will take to achieve the hairstyle you desire. Consultations are free of charge.
